...stressed, anxious or overwhelmed? Maybe you’re feeling unhappy, disconnected from yourself and stuck unable to see a way forward. When we feel lost, we’re unable to make decisions and life doesn’t seem to be flowing the way we want it to.

We Search endlessly, trying every ‘self proclaimed’ miracle cure to simply feel good again and when it doesn’t work, we feel frustration, perpetuating our negative feelings further.

We all want to feel good and I truly believe, as humans we’re meant to. When we’re happy and relaxed, there’s no better feeling! We’re inspired and life seems to flow with more ease and joy.

In today’s modern society

...many of us have become trapped in the mindset that life must be hard to achieve success, or anything meaningful. When It’s actually the opposite.

We do our best work when we’re relaxed. We’re more creative, intuitive and achieve way more success. Plus the journey feels a whole lot better every step of the way.

When we’re bathed in stress hormones it hinders our ability and success. We’re less able to see options available to us, less creative and intuitive and more prone to physical health problems, such as injury, disease and other stress related disorders.

So how do we get to our happy place?

I’ve been on the receiving end of anxiety and burnout on three occasions. 2002 after emergency surgery, 2010 and 2015 after pushing, depleting myself, running a busy skin clinic and stretching myself way too far.

The biggest revelation I discovered is: How we move is how we are!

It sounds crazy, but how you simply hold and move your body, affects how you are mentally and there is a growing body of scientific evidence to support this.

Healing comes from you

...not an outside source, you just have to learn the tools to help you reconnect with yourself and accessing it via the body is often the easiest way.

In my classes I guide Strala Yoga. Strala is based on the principles of natural movement. These principles promote the relaxation response, enabling us to get out of our own way.

I offer private 1 to 1 sessions where I can work with you individually to address your needs and concerns.

Private sessions start from £40 for 60 mins. If you require additional coaching on top, bespoke package prices can be arranged, depending on your needs.
