Dorne and I are recently back from a busy, jam-packed two days at the annual ACE Conference in London.
ACE is a leading aesthetics conference that brings together global industry leaders and professionals in medical aesthetics. It serves as a hub for the latest innovations, treatments and technologies in the aesthetics world, featuring expert-led talks, live demonstrations and brilliant networking opportunities.
This 2-day event is ideal for clinic owners looking to stay ahead of the curve when it comes to injectables, skincare, devices and business strategies. Regenerative Skin Treatments Are on the Rise
From 2025 onwards, we’ll continue to see a huge upsurge in regenerative skin treatments.
Two key treatments that fall into this category are:
- Polynucleotides
- Exosomes
I’ve always had a good instinct when it comes to spotting the right innovations – but only when they align with my belief in 'natural' and NOT overdone, results.
We’ve been offering polynucleotides since January 2024 with amazing results across the eyes, neck and face.
Exosomes Have Officially Landed at Timeless
We’ve just launched exosomes in the clinic and I’m currently running a client case study group, in return for a reduced treatment price, we’re able to properly assess their capabilities and results.

Hair Regeneration Is Gaining Major Momentum
Under the regenerative medicine remit, hair regeneration was a hot topic at ACE – and demand is only growing.
Once our case study trial is complete, this will be offered as a specialist treatment package at Timeless.
Microneedling Is Having a Well-Deserved Comeback
Thanks to new and improved technologies, combined protocols and more awareness via social media, long-standing treatments are making a powerful return.
One brilliant example of this is microneedling.
I’ve been performing microneedling treatments for 15 years – and it’s still one of my absolute favourites!
Although it dropped off the radar in recent years (as new fads and shiny tools came and went), it remains one of the most consistent, does-what-it-says-on-the-tin treatments for tackling wrinkles, sun damage and scarring.
Why It’s Better Than Ever
Previously, the main drawback was treatment time (up to an hour) and potential pain depending on needle depth.
But now, thanks to advancements in tech, a full face microneedling session can be completed in just 20 minutes, with minimal discomfort and even better results!

A Funny Twist… and an Amazing Product Discovery
This next bit still makes me laugh…😂
In an unexpected twist, I had a freak accident to my eye at the conference – courtesy of Dornes' over-excited suitcase handle! It hit me right in the eye as I was bending down to grab something. Yes, really 🤦♀️
Not long after, I found myself in a talk being delivered by an old work colleague – who just so happened to be showcasing her recovery from a similar eye injury! What are the chances?! 😲
Her results were incredible – a completely healed eye with no scarring, all thanks to an exosome cream used alongside the Dermapen.
As I’d just purchased the Dermapen, I was kindly given the cream to try and… wow. I noticed huge improvements in just three days and then the image above shows how it looked after just one week!
I genuinely believe there’s a reason for everything – even if I had to take the hit to discover it 😅
Exosome 'Skincare' Coming Into Clinic Soon…

Wellness Is a 360° Approach
More and more people are starting to understand that ‘wellness’ is about the whole picture – and that how we look and feel is influenced by what we put into our bodies, not just what we apply to the skin.
The demand for vitamin injections and infusions is growing fast.
We already offer vitamin injections in clinic, and we’re looking to expand into infusions as soon as we get full regulatory clearance.
Skin Memberships Are Helping Clients Stay on Track
We’re also seeing more people looking for plans and memberships to help them stay consistent with their skin goals – just like you would with a gym or PT membership.
We’ve already got this in place at Timeless – and our clients are LOVING it!
It’s not just about spreading the cost (although that helps too) – it’s more about discipline, accountability and consistency, which makes all the difference when it comes to looking and feeling your best.
